I’m Andrea, a dedicated and committed Salon owner. With over 35 years’ experience in the hairdressing industry and 27 years of salon ownership I know what makes a hairdresser successful.

Having taken on and trained apprentices for the same time, I am passionate about giving people new to our profession the best possible start to their career and am dedicated to providing tailored high end training for all our clients’ needs.

I’m Sharon, I’ve worked within the Hairdressing industry since leaving school 36 years ago.

For 29 years I have worked with a leading government funded training provider operating in England.  My role included Training Manager, Assessor and Internal Quality Assurer for awarding bodies such as City & Guilds, VTCT, ITEC, CACHE and OCR.

Now I’m back Managing a Hair & Beauty salon in Oxfordshire.   With all my experience and love for watching the next generation of Hairdressers grow, I am working with Achievement Training and skills (ATS) and Andrea offering bespoke Hairdressing training courses.

I believe and pride myself in paying attention to individual needs, high quality customer service and industry demands, along with Ofsted and awarding body requirements.
