Welcome to Hair & Beyond Training
We would like to introduce Hair & Beyond Training - ATS Oxfordshire, We are a competitive hairdressing training academy, where we currently offer hairdressing apprenticeships for level 2 and level 3 learners, in a small setting to ensure quality is key.
Our aim is to focus on high levels of Training, Assessment and Achievement for our learners. We see the understanding and needs of our Salon partners as fundamental in achieving this goal.
Through our partnerships with Salons, we aim to offer high quality training programmes that both challenge, stretch and grow learners throughout their apprenticeship programmes.
The quality of teaching and learning at our Salon placements is a top priority and with robust quality checks and ongoing reviews and support, we are committed to achieving excellent provision for all our learners.
We work alongside ATS who have a direct funding contract with the Government for apprenticeships and currently work with training sites across England. We have everything in place to support a salon to deliver an apprenticeship from teaching resources to full time teachers who deliver maths, English and the theory side of an apprenticeship.

Why are we your go-to partners?
With having extensive knowledge in Hairdressing education and owning salons we realised that most trainees progress quicker and are salon ready once they have completed an Apprenticeship within a hairdressing salon.

Learners that have trained through colleges come back to us with little theory knowledge and practical ability and usually require further training to become salon ready.
This has encouraged us into offering hairdressing courses to suit the demands of current trends and salons, keeping learners fully up to date.

Our class sizes are smaller than other provider’s to ensure we can guarantee the care and attention each learner needs, giving students a much more comfortable learning journey.
'Smaller Classes'
By completing an apprenticeship within a salon and working with us you will get paid, learn the practical and theory skills but also see what working in a salon is really like over a period of about 2-3 years. Working together with your salon and Hair & Beyond will give you much better training than your local college. As someone who is salon trained you will be immediately employable, probably by the salon you are working and trained in. So it’s highly likely you’ll be offered a job when you complete your qualification!

Responsibilities and Expectations
As an ATS (Achievement training & skills) delivery site ‘Hair & Beyond Training’ are responsible for helping ATS comply with all of the Government and awarding bodies requirements.
Our main goal and interest is to support learners throughout their apprenticeship in aid of their future careers as Hairdressers and Barbers. Our aim is to help you Achieve!
